Maja Müller finished the apprenticeship as a banker and worked in the finance sector for more than 20 years.
Since mid 2022, she heads the Secretariat of the department, the area Personnel and Controlling, and assists the managing director.
A trained mediator (perspectiva Basel) since 2023, she also completed the diploma program with Ipsyt, a spin-off of the University of Zurich in 2022, and continues her studies on topics such as communication, conflict management and prevention.
