War in the Middle East

A major war has erupted in the Middle East, whose consequences extend far
beyond the region. Although it is difficult to make any definite assessments
currently, this discussion panel aims at providing some context and
orientation about this new situation.

The discussion will focus on the causes and consequences of the war for
Iran, the Middle East, the US, and Europe. We will also discuss the global
dimensions and broader implications of this conflict for international law,
politics, economics, and the world order.

All IPZ students and staff are warmly invited to attend and participate in the
discussion!
